Planning process
Introductory conversation
In an initial, non-binding meeting, we get to know each other and discuss your ideas and wishes for the event you want to attend. This conversation is to find out whether the chemistry is right and whether I can fulfill your expectations for a personal and special ceremony.
Planning discussions
Usually, one or two further meetings take place to discuss the details of the celebration. These include:

Planning sessions help tailor the ceremony to your family and the child's personality. They are essential to ensure the celebration is warm, authentic and memorable.
Individual design
Based on our discussions, I will create a tailor-made speech and plan the course of the celebration. Personal stories, your values, wishes and hopes will be incorporated.
Coordination with stakeholders
If musicians, family or friends are actively involved in the celebration, I will take over the coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes coordinating pieces of music, technical requirements (such as microphones) and timing.
Implementation of the celebration
On the day of the celebration, I will be there early to check all the final details and make sure everything is ready. We will adapt the length of the celebration to your ideas and needs. In most cases, it is between 20-45 minutes.
