Personal preparatory meeting (incl. within a radius of 20 km from Uster)

Material costs up to CHF 50 (e.g. candles, sand, ribbons). Additional costs only by prior arrangement.

Within a 20 km radius from Uster, travel is included. From 21 km onwards, I charge CHF 1.20 per kilometer.
For distances over 100 km, the rate is CHF 0.90 per kilometer plus CHF 80 per hour of travel time. -
Introductory meeting: Flat rate of CHF 50. You will receive a protocol with ideas and suggestions, which will also help you if you choose another speaker. If a contract is concluded, the lump sum will be offset against the total price.
Payment modalities
Weddings and welcome ceremonies:

Up to 30 days before the ceremony: 2/3 of the total amount

Remaining amount: After the ceremony
Funeral ceremonies/farewell (with less than 14 days' notice):

2/3 of the total amount up to the funeral service

Remaining amount: After the ceremony.
Cancellation policy
Should I have to cancel due to illness or at short notice, I will endeavour to find a replacement from my network. If this is not possible, I will provide you with the finalised speech and all the necessary materials for the ceremony (e.g. candles, ribbons, sand). In this case, the remaining amount will not be charged. If I can provide a replacement, the agreed total price remains valid.
