Planning process
Planning a non-denominational wedding takes place in several steps in order to create an individual and personal ceremony. Here is an overview of the typical process:
Introductory meeting: In a first meeting, we get to know each other and discuss your ideas and wishes for the wedding. This conversation serves to determine whether the chemistry is right and whether I can fulfill your expectations.
The interview usually takes place in the Zurich/Uster/Winterthur area, or online if necessary.
Planning meetings: There are usually two to three more meetings planned to discuss the details of the ceremony, including the sequence, choice of rituals, music and possible contributions from guests. These meetings are essential to creating a ceremony that reflects your personality and your relationship. The meetings usually take place in your home.
Individual design: Based on our discussions, I will create a tailor-made speech and plan the ceremony. Your stories, shared experiences and special moments will be integrated to ensure an authentic and touching celebration.
Coordination with those involved: I coordinate with musicians, witnesses and other participants to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes coordinating pieces of music, contributions and technical details such as microphones and sound.
Conducting the ceremony: On the day of the wedding, I will be there in good time to make final arrangements and ensure that everything is ready. The ceremony itself usually lasts between 30 and 45 minutes and is designed according to your wishes.
